When I first started out in photography I had no idea where to begin! Everything I read sounded like a foreign language. There were so many pieces of this huge photography puzzle and I really struggled putting them all together. I started this blog to cut down on the learning curve for others. One of the first things a budding photographer needs to understand is the Exposure Triangle – – or the relationship between Aperture, Shutter Speed & ISO.
If those terms are still scary don’t worry — I will cover each in a separate blog post. But for now, I want to leave you with a visual that you can print out and keep in your camera bag. I have it in a few different sizes too – – 8.5 x 11 & 5×7 so you can read them easily or 4 x 2.5 so you can print it on Avery Label 4785 and have it in your camera bag. I’m going to do a few other printables in that size so you can put them a ring and have a stack of helpful guides at your fingertips!
Here’s an image of the new photography settings cheat sheet – – if you want to download it, head over to the Free Printables. If you aren’t a subscriber to the blog yet, just subscribe and you will get the password for the Free Printables page!
